We hope you wont need to complain but if you feel you should then please write to the Operations Manager at the surgery Michelle Barratt in the first instance.

If you and the Operations Manager cannot resolve the matter, it will be referred to the Practice/Business Manager Mrs Debbie Lawton.

If this does not resolve the issue then you can contact Health watch which is an independent complaints advocacy service
