It is our pleasure to offer good care in the heart of the community. We are committed to providing the best possible care with the resources available to us. We aim to be Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring and well-led as directed by our governing framework and our regulators the Care Quality Commission and we have been rated as good by the Care Quality Commission CQC RATINGS SEPTEMBER 2015 (report link).
Our duty of care extends widely and we believe that every child and vulnerable adult has the right to be safe. We are committed to safeguarding all our patients and staff. If you have personal concerns or would like to share concerns about welfare of child or adult, we have a dedicated member of our team who, supported by our partner organisations, can work with you.
New GDPR Regulations we are working hard to look at all our systems and to have completed all parts in an appropriate timescale in keeping with the law. A privacy notice is now up in the surgery and can be found in the patient information part of this website at the foot of this page.
We are currently NOT accepting new patients due to a surge in demand this is a temporary measure which hope will resolve shortly. We take no pleasure in doing this but there are 2 local surgery's currently accepting new Patients Orchard Surgery on the library site Lancing and Ball Tree Surgery Western Road Sompting
