Have Your Say

Welcome to New Pond Row Surgery

NEW POND ROW ARE CLOSED FOR JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS 2-6th June 2022. Please contact NHS111 for medical advice.

We are often asked why we cant see more patients, New Pond Row have downloaded a link for your information as to why we are in crisis click this link for information  https://vimeo.com/694529400

How do we feel about the crisis

Years of underfunding and neglect has left General Practice in crisis. Recruitment and retention of GPs has not kept up with growing demands, yet patient appointments are at an all-time high. Simply, there are not enough GPs to match patients’ needs - and this is the terrible result. To patients, we want to say that we are on your side and we feel your pain. To Government, we ask again for more support to rebuild general practice so that GPs can provide the quality of care our patients deserve.”

For minor illnesses or ailments, please speak to your local community pharmacist or visit the 111 website for information on self care or you may telephone 111.

If you have any persistent or worrying symptoms please speak to the receptionists.

We are working hard with the other local surgeries to deliver the programme as quickly as possible.
